Role Overview We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager with proven success in a fast moving, high volume environment. The successful candidate will strive to exceed all sales objectives by managing a highly professional, motivated and efficient sales team. The role-holder must have the ability to drive volumes, and maximise profitability from vehicle, finance, insurance and accessory sales, and work effectively with the Team to ensure industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are met at all times. The role-holder must ensure the effective performance management of the Team through regular review processes, whilst developing skill sets through measured training activities. Minimising staff turnover by maintaining a motivated, productive and rewarded Team are also essential. The ability to identify and connect with new customers as well as existing customers and grow market share, long term loyalty and profitability through high quality marketing and promotion strategies will also be a fundamental requirement. A sound knowledge of financial controls and procedures are also essential.
