The Role
* Teaching Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 depending on experience
* Delivering structured and engaging lessons across practical and theoretical components
* Supporting pupils with NEA development and portfolio preparation
* Promoting high standards of workshop practice and technical accuracy
* Monitoring attainment and implementing intervention strategies
* Contributing to curriculum innovation and quality assurance processes
* Participating in enrichment opportunities and STEM initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Design & Technology or related subject
* Experience teaching secondary DT, including examination groups
* Strong classroom and workshop management skills
* A commitment to securing high academic outcomes
* A reflective and forward-thinking teaching approach
