Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager
* Service Excellence:Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality care and support services across all client engagements.
* Team Leadership:Recruit, onboard, and support new team members, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining accurate personnel records.
* Client Onboarding:Personally oversee the onboarding of new clients, including home visits, care matching, and contract setup.
* Operational Coordination:Lead and coordinate the office team to ensure seamless internal communication and continuity of service.
* Scheduling & Logistics:Maintain accurate, real-time scheduling systems to optimise staff deployment and client satisfaction.
* Business Development:Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and service promotion.
* Financial Oversight:Invoicing, payments, and credit control with diligence and transparency.
* Strategic Support:Assist the Directors in organising staff meetings, marketing initiatives, and networking opportunities.
