What You'll Do
As our FP&A Marketing Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning processes within our Yogurt & Desserts business unit. You’ll be the go-to partner for the Marketing team, providing essential financial and commercial decision support.

Co-ordinate the Controlling Month-End Process:
o Manage month-end review meetings and timelines.
o Perform bridging analysis to explain profit results versus forecasts, budgets, and prior years.

Business Partner Key Brand Teams:
o Provide financial and commercial insights to drive business growth across all Yogurts & Desserts brands.
o Manage Brand P&Ls and contribute to the PEP process.
o Address day-to-day queries and conduct ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Financial Input and Support:
o Ensure alignment of financial plans with the Clarity system.
o Support the Marketing team on budgets and quarterly forecasts.
o Contribute to brand review meetings with performance insights.

Annual and Mid-Term Planning:
o Develop and manage timetables for the Y&D Business Unit.
o Prepare financial analysis and presentations for both branded and private label businesses.

Monthly BOP Financial Forecast Coordination:
o Produce P&Ls and evaluate constrained demand plans.
o Highlight gaps to targets.
What You'll Bring

Qualifications:
o Qualified accountant (CIMA preferred).
o Graduate level (2:1 minimum in a business discipline).

Essential Skills:
o Accuracy in a fast-paced commercial environment.
o Ability to provide decision support and challenge commercial teams.
o Structured approach to managing multiple projects.
o Holistic view across the commercial sphere.
o Previous commercial finance experience in a decision support role.

Desirable Skills:
o Experience in financial planning and reporting.
o Competency in SAP (CO-PA).
o Experience in an FMCG environment.
