You must build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations. You must always adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures. You will be capable of working to their own initiative where appropriate. The ideal candidate would have a cleaning experience however training can be provided. You should have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie. What we are looking forWe are looking for an experienced Domestic Assistant in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
