Key responsibilities include:
1. Assess learner needs and skills through pre-course assessments.
2. Develop an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) with SMART goals to address barriers and skills needs.
3. Deliver outstanding, personalised, accredited/non-accredited interventions with embedded personal and social development components.
4. Help prepare learners for further learning, employment, and improve their confidence.
