Project Manager - QSR, retail and hospitality
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-paced and growing real estate and construction team. You'll take ownership of multiple QSR projects across the UK, leading the full project life cycle from inception to completion.

Key Project Management Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of construction projects across the UK in line with client requirements and business objectives.
* Manage the full project life cycle, including scope, budget control, timelines, and approvals.
* Lead client rollouts for both new store openings and refurbishments, ensuring each project meets brief and brand standards.
* Oversee programming, scheduling, and delivery of all assigned projects.
* Chair site meetings, monitor progress, issue minutes, and update cost and status reports.
* Conduct feasibility studies for new sites, producing detailed risk analyses and top-line estimates.
* Provide value engineering solutions to optimise cost efficiency without compromising quality.
* Produce detailed client updates, briefs, and capex forecasts.
* Communicate effectively with clients and contractors regarding UK building regulations and compliance.
* Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of M&E, FF&E, and construction value engineering; challenge contractors and suppliers where needed.
* Negotiate contracts, schedules of work, and supplier terms to achieve best value.
* Oversee Health & Safety compliance across all sites and ensure full statutory compliance.
* Identify, manage, and communicate project risks, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
* Manage and coordinate external consultants, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and best value.
* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, promoting long-term partnerships and repeat business.
* Coach and mentor junior team members such as Project Coordinators.
* Contribute to process improvement and best practice within the wider project management team.
Project Manager requirements:
* Minimum 5 year's experience in construction project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
* Experience delivering multi-site retail, leisure, or hospitality projects, ideally including fit-out or refurbishment.
* Strong technical understanding of M&E, FF&E, and construction processes.
* Commercially astute, with strong budget management and value engineering capability.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels.
* Thorough understanding of UK building regulations, CDM 2015, and H&S legislation.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Positive, proactive attitude with a "can-do" and "always deliver" mindset.
* Clean UK driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively across the UK.
Desirable
* Experience with client-side or contractor-side project delivery.
* Chartered status (RICS, MCIOB) or equivalent qualification (APM, Prince2).
* Strong knowledge of sustainable building practices or digital project management tools (e.g. BIM, Procore).
