Joining Sainsbury's as the Post Production Manager for Zest offers a unique opportunity to lead the development of a new post-production arm dedicated to transforming high-quality content for diverse channels such as E-commerce, Marcom, PR, and Social. Collaborating closely with in-house studios and creative teams, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and delivering assets for renowned brands like Sainsbury's, Habitat, Argos, and Tu. With a keen eye for detail and expertise in creative retouching and edit techniques, you will drive automation initiatives, onboard new AI and CGI suppliers, lead post-production strategy, mentor team members, develop business cases for new partnerships, and implement workflows leveraging AI and CGI technologies. Your success will be measured by successful supplier integration, team adoption, metrics tracking, early wins delivery, and streamlined post-production workflows, making a significant impact on content creation and delivery processes.

Who you are

As a Post Production Manager at Sainsbury's, you are a dynamic and strategic leader with a strong background in post-production operations and asset management workflows. Your experience in creative agency or in-house studio environments, coupled with your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, enables you to drive the implementation of new CGI and AI partnerships, streamline post-production workflows, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content for E-commerce, Marcom, PR, and Social channels. Your ability to innovate, communicate effectively, and foster collaboration across technical and creative teams positions you to drive impactful change, optimise operational processes, and ensure the successful integration of new technologies to enhance Sainsbury's brand objectives and meet operational targets.
