Lead the environmental side of investigations (Phases 1–4)Scope, design and supervise ground investigationsProduce interpretive reports, remediation strategies and risk assessmentsDeliver Phase I, II and III reporting, including technical checks and peer reviewUndertake contaminated land assessments: CLEA, P20, landfill gas, groundwater, waste soil classificationOversee and mentor two junior staffAct as a key point of contact for clients, managing quotes and project expectationsMaintain high independence in decision-making, with onboarding supportTake full ownership of the environmental workstream within 6–12 monthsCollaborate with geotechnical and field engineers throughout project delivery What's next?
