We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join us in Berkshire/Buckinghamshire to work alongside our Hampton Estate Agency partner.
This role is hybrid, with a minimum requirement of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote.
Capital Private Finance was established in 2010 and specialises in all aspects of property finance as a directly authorised representative of Dynamo. We work with over 110 branches of Hampton and John D Wood across London and the South.
Our advisors provide tailored advice to clients regarding their property-based finance needs and can assist those with complex income structures and more unusual circumstances. In addition, our advisors can assist clients with specialist lending solutions such as bridging, equity release and commercial.
Qualifications
* Hold full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
* Ideally 2 years active broker experience.
* Provide an excellent level of customer service.
* A drive and enthusiasm to succeed.
* Proven track record for delivering high results and performance.
* Monday to Friday (no weekends)
