What we offer you
* Location: Harwell, Oxfordshire.
* Salary: £ per hour.
* Working hours: A mix of early, late, and overnight shifts, including some weekends. Sleep-in shifts paid at £54 per shift plus over 12% holiday pay.
* Holidays: 33 days of annual leave, including eight statutory bank holidays.
* Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% extra for key dates over Christmas.

What you'll be doing
The individuals we support have complex needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Manual Handling: Supporting with hoists and wheelchairs.
* Personal Care: Assisting with toileting, bathing, and dressing.
* Supporting individuals with late-stage Dementia, Epilepsy, high physical and sensory needs, Dysphagia, and physical impairments.
* Assisting with eating, drinking, home security, finances, housekeeping, and healthcare needs, including medication management.
* Supporting community outings, including planning activities, using public transport, and traveling by car.
Note: Public transport options are limited; a valid driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable.
