Conrad Consulting is delighted to be working with a long‑established property consultancy in Suffolk as they seek to appoint an ambitious Development Surveyor to join their team at their Framlingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a respected, multi‑disciplinary practice with deep roots in the region and a strong pipeline of development‑related work. The Role You’ll play a key part in supporting and delivering a wide range of development projects, working closely with landowners, developers, and internal teams. The role offers excellent variety, spanning land appraisal, valuation, development viability, and strategic advice. This position would suit someone who enjoys a blend of office‑based analysis and client‑facing work, with the autonomy to manage their own workload and contribute to the continued growth of the development arm of the business.
