Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for our 0-4 aged students in line with our school ethos.
2. Contribute to the development and improvement of our wholesome curriculum.
3. Create a vibrant learning environment that stimulates curiosity and social skills.
4. Collaborate with other staff members to curate an inclusive, stimulating, and safe learning atmosphere.
5. Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing insightful feedback to both students and their parents.
Requirements and Qualifications
6. An officially recognized teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
7. Experience in teaching Foundation/Nursery aged children (0-4) is desirable but not essential.
8. Deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and social needs of this age group.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our unique students.
