Stroud House is a 25-bed home specialising in elderly care, including support for residents living with complex dementia. Our Care Assistants help create a calm, reassuring environment where residents feel safe, valued, and at home. As a Care Assistant, you will: Provide personal care and support with daily living activities Assist with meals, mobility, and social engagement Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report any changes Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records Work closely with colleagues to deliver safe, high-quality care Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care at all times This Care Assistant role is ideal for someone compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting older people.
