Our Student Support Officer for Key Stage 4 provides empathetic guidance and mentoring for students (and families), focused on positive outcomes and building self-reliance, in support of our Heads of Years 10 & 11. Excellent listening skills, but firmness towards positive outcomes, are key requirements. Our Student Support Officers also have office administration responsibilities.
