Key Responsibilities
* Accurately entering and updating member data across our systems.
* Communicating with members via phone and email, you will be their go-to for queries and support.
* Troubleshooting issues and helping members find the right solutions.
* Using CRM systems to manage and track interactions.
* Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and keeping operations running smoothly.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* IT literate, comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
* A great eye for detail, you will be handling important info, so accuracy is key.
* A team player who is proactive.
* No experience needed — just a willingness to learn and grow!
