Salary: Up to £35,000 + Benefits
Use your analytical skills to influence strategy and optimise portfolio performance. As Performance Analyst, you’ll monitor results, identify trends, and deliver insights that help shape business decisions.
You will:
* Analyse performance by product, scheme, and distribution channel.
* Forecast key metrics and monitor market trends.
* Produce high-quality reporting for senior stakeholders.
* Support governance, performance committees, and post-implementation reviews.
You bring:
* Degree in Maths, Statistics, or similar (preferred).
* 1–2 years’ insurance experience.
* Strong analytical, communication, and commercial skills.
