Our client, a leader in high-quality printed products, is seeking a high-calibre Chief Operating Officer to join their executive team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of operations, including product design, development, manufacturing, IT systems, distribution, and customer service.
The COO will be responsible for implementing operational strategies, enhancing efficiency, and driving growth through technology integration and process improvements. Key responsibilities include managing IT systems (ERP, CRM, API, EDI), overseeing production workflows, and coordinating across departments to optimize the value chain.
