Excellent opportunity for an Office Administrator based in Avonmouth. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires proficiency in using computers and Office 365, along with strong clerical skills. If you are adept at data entry, possess excellent phone etiquette, and have a knack for organization, we would love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity for permanent work with an excellent company! Starting at 1pm (13.00) and usually finished by 9pm (21.00) working Monday to Friday. Office Administrator Duties Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes. Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy. Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly to maintain up-to-date records. Checking security status of consignments, producing delivery notes, Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to information. Support the Transport team with clerical tasks as needed to facilitate smooth workflow. Office Administrator Hours and Pay Working Monday to Friday, 1pm (13.00) until 9pm (21:00) £26-30K a year. Weekly pay to begin with! Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Proficient in all aspects of computer software. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising effectively. Competent computer skills with a willingness to learn new software as required. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills. Forklift license would be ideal but not necessary.
