Key Accountabilities:
* Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and cost centre reports
* Post journals and assist with reconciliations such as accruals, prepayments and other regular journals (e.g. FX, bank charges, travel costs)
* Support the budgeting and forecasting processes
* Monitor and reconcile departmental costs (e.g. IT, HR, marketing)
* Assist with audit preparation and year-end statutory accounts
* Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure data accuracy
* Other ad-hoc work as required
Required Education, Skills And Experience
* Part-qualified or studying towards ACA / ACCA / CIMA
* Previous experience in a finance role, ideally within a large or global organisation
* Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to analyse and consolidate data
* Organised and able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
* Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
