Job Title: Psychotherapist Location: West Midlands (Multiple Locations) Salary: £35,000 Working Hours: 37.5 per week Service: Children’s Residential Services Service Users: Young People aged 8–17 Qualifications Required: Relevant psychotherapy qualification, experience working with children and young people Experience in Years Required: Essential previous experience in children’s services/therapeutic support Employment Type: Permanent The Role: You will provide therapeutic support and interventions for young people aged 8–17 across children’s residential services in the West Midlands region. Your role will involve assessing emotional and psychological needs, delivering evidence-based therapy, and supporting the wider care team to improve outcomes for young people.
