Overview
Worcestershire Wildlife Trust is seeking a Communications and Digital Officer to join our team. This full-time, permanent role is based at Lower Smite Farm, Hindlip, Worcester. Hybrid working arrangements are in place.
Closing date: Monday 27 October 2025. Salary: c£27,500 per annum. Hours: 35 per week.
Responsibilities
* Craft engaging copy for digital and offline channels and manage content across websites and social media.
* Manage email communications and improve campaign performance (experience with an email platform, preferably Dot Digital, is desirable).
* Develop user journeys for digital audiences, including designing, testing and delivery of digital experiences.
* Publish and update content for online and offline materials; write press releases as required; and monitor and respond to digital engagement.
* Run social media in a professional environment and contribute to a print and digital communications mix.
* Utilise data, analytics, and algorithms to improve performance and supporters’ digital experience.
* Support the organisation's inclusion values by contributing to an inclusive and accessible communications approach.
Qualifications and requirements
* Experience in communications and digital content creation; ability to craft clear, accurate copy.
* Experience running social media in a professional context.
* Confidence in working with an email platform (Dot Digital preferred).
* Ability to develop creative and innovative content for websites and social channels; capable of designing and delivering digital journeys.
