- Collaborate with team members to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools suitable for remote and in-office work.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
