What You'll Be Doing
* Creating a caring, nurturing home environment where children feel safe and supported.
* Leading and inspiring a team who put children at the heart of everything they do.
* Working closely with children to make sure their voices are heard and their needs are met.
* Making sure the home meets Ofsted standards while keeping it homely and welcoming.
* Building positive relationships with families, schools, and professionals to give children the best opportunities.
* Encouraging a culture of kindness, respect, and growth for both children and staff.
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Deputy Manager or Manager in a children's residential setting.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).
* A strong understanding of safeguarding and children's care regulations.
* A natural leader who can guide, support, and inspire a team.
* Someone who believes in giving children the same care, and respect you would want for your own family.
* A UK driving licence.
