A well‑established organisation is looking for a Training Administrator to join its busy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer‑focused environment, is highly organised, and thrives in a role where no two days are the same. You'll support the smooth running of training activities, working closely with internal teams, external providers, and course attendees.
What you'll be doing
* Handle general enquiries, match people with suitable training dates, and make sure training spaces are set up with the necessary resources
* Coordinate with external providers to ensure arrangements for upcoming courses are in place
* Keep track of stock levels for training materials and items used for events
* Support the administration of certification processes, ensuring procedures are followed correctly
* Communicate with individuals and internal teams to gather required documentation for qualifications
* Process invoices and keep accurate records across all training‑related administration
What we're looking for
* Recent experience in a similar Training Administrator role
* Excellent telephone manner
* Positive, customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to be genuinely helpful
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office
