Buying, Range & Product Strategy
* Lead strategic range building across multi-product categories, ensuring a strong balance of innovation, commerciality, and customer relevance.
* Develop branded ranges in line with customer demand, margin targets, and profitability.
* Identify gaps and develop new product opportunities, driving agility and sales-focused decision-making.
* Build clear pricing and product strategies informed by insight, performance, and market trends.
* Maintain strong market and competitor awareness to ensure ranges remain competitive and relevant.
