Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join a specialist civil engineering contractor on a major substation project in Suffolk.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leading role in delivering a complex infrastructure scheme, including:
* Substation civil works
* Large-scale earthworks
* Reinforced concrete (RC) frame structures
* Associated road infrastructure
* Overseeing engineering activities across sections of the project
* Managing and mentoring Site Engineers
* Ensuring technical compliance with specifications and design
* Reviewing and approving setting out, QA documentation, and ITPs
* Liaising with project management, design teams, and subcontractors
