About the Role
As Teacher of Maths, you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to contribute to KS5 depending on experience and timetable. You will deliver well-structured lessons that develop:
* Fluency and accuracy in core mathematical skills
* Reasoning through structured questioning and clear explanation
* Problem-solving through guided practice and increasing challenge
* Exam confidence through deliberate practice, feedback and consistent routines
You will support pupils with a range of starting points, using effective scaffolding where needed while providing stretch and challenge for high attainers.
