Key Responsibilities: You will own a panel of accounts and be responsible for the retention, account growth and customer experience of that panel You will manage their onboarding, launch and ongoing account management Reference to main point of contact for the employer and their team your panel will largely consist of SMEs & corporate sized businesses You will own a panel of accounts and be responsible for achieving growth targets You will own (and problem-solve) any queries, requests or concerns that arise within your panel of accounts You’ll become a product specialist with ability to build strong technical knowledge Alongside your teammates, you will create, refine and implement strategy and process to drive forward the Customer Success department About you: 18 months experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role You can demonstrate high performance in line with or above expectations Extremely good people skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills You love to use a positive mindset to help customers overcome obstacles by identifying their concerns and providing solutions for them - a problem solver!
