About ourNurseryBusy Bees MaidstoneOakwood accommodates 47 children in a small, welcoming nursery witha friendly team dedicated to providing quality care. Our nurseryfeatures two large outdoor areas that allow children to explore andplay in a semi-rural location, offering close links to localschools and convenient access to trains and buses. We provide aseparate sleep room and have embedded free flow procedures tosupport children's individual needs. Additionally, we offer freeparking for staff, ensuring easy access during drop-offs andcollections.

RoleResponsibilities:
Whatto Expect as a NurseryPractitioner:
- Create aSafe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange roomsto encourage children's growth andlearning.- Lead Educational Activities: Plan anddeliver activities that support children's physical, emotional,intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early YearsFoundation Stage (EYFS).- Key Person Role:Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong familyconnections.
Required Qualifications:
What We're LookingFor
- Level 3 (or above)qualification in Early Years Education.- Provenexperience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interestin early childhood education- Skills: Goodcommunication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and theability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliveractivities.
