Site Supervisor – HS2 Project (Aylesbury)
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Project: HS2 – Major Infrastructure Works
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a high-profile infrastructure project in Aylesbury as part of the ongoing HS2 development.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s largest and most ambitious construction projects, working within a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily site operations with a strong focus on earthworks.
*
Ensure all work is carried out safely, to spec, and in line with programme and quality expectations.
*
Supervise subcontractors, plant operators, and labourers on-site.
*
Maintain daily site records, briefings, and toolbox talks.
*
Liaise with engineers and project management to ensure efficient progress and problem-solving on-site.
Requirements:
*
Extensive experience in earthworks is essential – applicants without this will not be considered.
*
Valid Gold CSCS Supervisor Card – this is mandatory for the role.
*
Proven background working on large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
*
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*
Ability to manage teams and deliver works safely and efficiently.
