The Role:
The ABI UK media team are looking for a first-class Media Manager to help supercharge the UK&I portfolio.
Reporting to the UK Media Lead and working closely with our media agency and in-house digital team, you take a central role in the delivery of best in class cross-channel media campaigns for the business. We're looking for the right person to come in and hit the ground running, playing a key role in both managing and shaping all aspects of the media process from a media planning & strategy perspective.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will work closely with the UK&I Media Lead to deliver best-in-class media planning & strategy across all media channels within TV, VOD, Audio, OOH, Paid Social, Programmatic & Media Partnerships.
* Championing and maintaining excellence from an operational perspective, managing multi-million pound budgets across all media channels
* Being responsible and accountable the UK team's media planning & strategy output
* Taking a lead role in projects
* Attending campaign briefings across our portfolio of world-renowned brands
* Management & leadership of our agency partners
* Developing innovative and exciting cross-channel media strategies across TV, VOD, Audio, OOH, Paid Social, Programmatic & Media Partnerships
* Bringing to life said strategies by collaborating effectively with our internal Digital Investment & Marketing teams
* Working cross-functionally to bring to life our sponsorship properties in media (FIFA World Cup, Wimbledon & Olympics)
* Defining, curating and delivering campaign reporting to key stakeholders
* Tracking campaign finance from PO to reconciliation
* Campaign performance versus core KPIs and identifying optimization opportunities
* Thorough post campaign analysis and presentation of results
Who We're Looking For:
* 3-5 years' experience within paid media or media strategy in the UK market
* Excellent knowledge of the UK media landscape, partners & products
* Confident planner / strategist across all media channels
* Highly numerate, analytical, & an ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Collaborative mindset
* A fast learner with the ability to simplify the complex
* Start-up mindset with a 'can do' attitude and not afraid to make the role your own
* The ability to effectively manage and develop peers
* Confident & resilient
* Ability to work under pressure
