Opportunities have arisen to join an electrical wholesale business looking for a Branch Manager in the Shrewsbury area.
Are you currently working in the electrical wholesale industry and looking for a change?
Do you have management experience or good area sales experience and looking to further your career?
Ambitious, driven, sales oriented individuals with a solid work history in the electrical wholesale industry required.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maximising the contribution by the branch in line with the business plans and overall company policy and strategy.
• Providing training and development for staff.
• Participating in proactive and reactive sales – both internally and externally based.
• Responsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targets.
• Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts.
• Ensure that your team meet operational standards.
Skills / Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience within a management or field sales role.
• Thrives in a competitive sales environment and enjoys developing new business opportunities.
• Driving Licence.
• Confident working with key performance indicators with an impressive track record in delivering on sales, profit and margin targets.
