Role
As Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading the coordination and delivery of all MEP services, with a strong focus on electrical packages
* Managing subcontractors and specialist supply chain partners to ensure programme, quality, and safety standards are met
* Working closely with project and commercial teams to drive best practice and value engineering solutions
* Providing technical leadership across the lifecycle of projects—from pre‑construction through to handover
About You
* Come from a strong electrical background – ideal
* Have a proven track record delivering building services on large‑scale projects
* Are comfortable working in Tier1 or similarly structured main contractor environments
* Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
* Are proactive, solutions‑driven, and thrive in a collaborative team culture
