Have you worked with a varied Accounts role that includes Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger processing, timesheets, expenses and balancing ledgers?
We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to start with our well established client on a 3-6 month contract initially as soon as possible.
What the Accounts Administrator job involves
* Processing Purchase invoices and overseeing the Accounts Payable process
* Creating and sending complex sales invoices to clients
* Ordering PPE and equipment for each project and charging back to the end client
* Checking contractor timesheets, expenses are correct and creating invoices to charge back to the client
* Agreeing contractor hours with the client to be worked and checking this is accurate
* Supporting a variety of different projects at any one time
* Supporting the wider finance team with any other accounts support
Skills required
1. Previous Accounts experience from within a Purchase Ledger / Sales Ledger / Accounts Admin / Accounts Assistant position
