🎯 Key responsibilities:
* Full P&L ownership and strategic leadership across 10+ countries
* Drive organic growth and lead inorganic initiatives (M&A, post-merger integration)
* Strengthen team capability, operational excellence, and product innovation
* Play a central role in a high-accountability, high-autonomy executive setting
🎓 We’re looking for:
* Demonstrated experience as GM/MD with full P&L responsibility in an international context
* Background in diagnostics, MedTech or B2B services with high technologic environment.
* Strong leadership and commercial drive, with exposure to private equity-backed environments
