• Support the continued improvement of accounting process and control.
• Assist the Financial Reporting Manager with the ongoing new system implementation – a project running until October 2025.
• Stay abreast of changes to financial reporting standards and report key issues to the management team.
• Support the finance management team with ad-hoc projects.
What we are looking for.
• Qualified accountant, preferably from a practice background. This role would suit someone looking for their first role in industry.
• Good technical knowledge of UK GAAP required. Some experience of US GAAP and IFRS is desirable but not essential.
• Experience of group reporting (likely from practice) is desirable but not essential.

• Ability and desire to problem solve and look for solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand business and stakeholder needs and prioritise tasks accordingly.
