Customer Account Co-ordinator
We are offering a Customer Account Co-ordinator position at a small, friendly manufacturing company. The role involves handling customer requests via phone and email, providing quotations, and managing order processes. Key responsibilities include:
1. Answering sales and customer service calls promptly and courteously.
2. Advising customers on our product range.
3. Providing price quotations via phone and email from the price book.
4. Preparing forms for quotations on non-listed items.
5. Checking credit status for rush orders.
6. Meeting processing deadlines on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
7. Supporting other teams and contributing to process improvements.
8. Following up on delivery queries.
9. Managing needs of sales reps and customers across the EU, UK, and Ireland.
10. Maintaining active order files and posting updates such as change notices and shipments.
11. Resolving service issues efficiently.
12. Inputting accurate order information.
13. Communicating with the USA on shipments and placing supplier orders.
14. Raising purchase orders and ensuring alignment with company expectations on costs and delivery dates.
15. Monitoring supplier delivery performance and maintaining KPI below 10% for late or unconfirmed lines.
16. Escalating issues as necessary.
