Guest Services Supervisor – The Manor House – Castle Combe, Wiltshire

You will join as a Guest Services Supervisor that values leadership, creativity, collaboration, and pride in everything they do, supporting the Guest Services Manager in leading the front office team and delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities
8. Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
9. Support and guide the Guest Services team during shifts
10. Lead by example in delivering warm, professional and personalised guest experiences
11. Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints with confidence and professionalism
12. Ensure accurate check-in and check-out procedures
13. Maintain high standards of presentation within reception and public areas
14. Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
15. Ensure compliance with health & safety, security and company procedures
Person Specification
16. Previous experience within a front office or guest services role
17. Supervisory experience preferred
18. Strong leadership and team coordination skills
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
20. Confident problem-solver with a guest-focused mindset
21. Well organised with strong attention to detail
22. Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and evenings
