Customer Relationship Executive
You’ll play a key role in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients, regularly connecting with customers and carrying out business reviews to ensure they’re getting the best from our products and services, while also identifying new opportunities to support their needs.
Working closely with our sales and account management teams, you’ll help deliver an outstanding customer experience every time. Working towards targets and KPIs will be an important part of the role, with support from a collaborative team around you to help you succeed.
What you’ll need
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
* Previous sales experience and a well‑organised approach to work
* A proactive, hardworking attitude with a strong work ethic
* A team‑focused mindset, supporting our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver

* Experience in a customer relationship or client‑facing role, or a proven track record of managing client relationships
