About this RoleAs Sales Manager within Dawsongroup EMC, you will lead our Northern sales team across the municipal and industrial space, helping customers access the right environmental and municipal assets at the right time. This role suits an experienced sales leader or senior sales professional ready to take ownership of a region and support a team to deliver strong, sustainable results. Lead, coach and support a regional sales team across municipal and industrial customers Drive revenue, utilisation and performance against agreed targets and KPIs Work closely with the Head of Sales and wider EMC sales leadership to align regional activity Build long term relationships with local authorities, councils, contractors and industrial clients Represent Dawsongroup EMC in tenders, site visits and customer meetings About You You enjoy leading people and creating the conditions for others to succeed, while still being commercially focused and customer led. You do not need to tick every box, potential, attitude and transferable skills matter to us.
