Role Description:
We are seeking a Senior Invoicing Assistant to join our busy pharmacy team. The role requires managing your workload, meeting payment terms and deadlines, and working a flexible pattern based on minimum hours per week.
Our pharmacy departments are located at Andover War Memorial, Basingstoke, North Hampshire Hospital, and Royal Hampshire County Hospital Winchester.
Main duties of the job
This role involves handling key accounts for the Trust’s pharmaceutical and medical gases suppliers, vital for patient care, and collaborating closely with finance, procurement, and homecare teams.

Training and Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs grade A*-C including Maths and English
* 3 additional GCSEs or equivalent
* NVQ in Business Admin or similar
* IT or word processing qualification (OSR I or II, RSA)
* ECDL or equivalent
Experience and Knowledge
* Computer and word processing skills
* Effective communication skills
* Experience managing multiple accounts or customers
* Familiarity with EPMA Pharmacy system
