BettingJobs are working with a diverse payments solution provider who offer seamless transactions and worldwide acceptance is searching for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team based remotely in the UK.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, LinkedIn, and events
* Collaborate with the Marketing Director and Sales on the execution of ABM programs to target and engage high-value accounts in iGaming and more, including outbound coordination and lead nurturing flows
* Use A/B testing and data-led decision-making to continuously improve creative, messaging and conversion across landing pages, lead forms and nurture flows
* Work closely with sales to shape campaign targeting, refine ICPs, and support outbound with integrated campaigns
* Collaborate with the content lead to align storytelling with campaign strategy, ensuring every asset drives measurable impact
* Drive the post-event and post-download lead strategy, helping Sales convert interest into qualified conversations
* Work alongside the Marketing Director to shape Product and Sales GTM strategies, market segmentation, and lead handover processes
* Support the Sales and Account Management teams with sales enablement materials, campaign insights, and lead intelligence
* Coordinate with the broader marketing and design team on creative assets and design execution, adhering to brand guidelines
Requirements:
* 4+ years’ in B2B SaaS marketing with proven experience in growth and demand generation roles
* A relevant marketing degree or equivalent
* Strong understanding of payments, PSPs, or payment orchestration
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
* Skilled in campaign planning, digital targeting, lead scoring, and funnel measurement
* Experience running ABM campaigns, nurture sequences, and multi-touch attribution models
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Design in a fast-moving scale-up environment
* What would be great to have
* Experience utilizing design software, such as Canva and Adobe, and video editing tools is highly desirable
* iGaming market experience is beneficial
