The school provides a range of unique enabling environments, both indoor and outdoor, which are used to maximise learning opportunities and meet pupils' specific needs. SEN Class Teacher Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement personalised educational programs. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and educational psychologists. - Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere - Monitor and assess student progress, adapting approaches as necessary. - Engage with parents and caregivers to support student development at home and in school. SEN Class Teacher Qualifications - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. - Strong knowledge of ASD and SLD. - Experience working in a Secondary education setting is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
