The Role
As a Mortgage & Protection Broker, you'll work from one of our estate agency branches in Aldridge, Bloxwich, Cannock or Rugeley, acting as the in-house financial expert.
Your job? Help customers secure the best mortgage deals and protection policies on the market – no cold-calling, no hunting. We feed you warm, high-quality leads daily, so you can get straight to doing what you do best: giving advice, helping people, and earning well.
You'll be liaising daily with the estate agency team, who are your on-site introducers – they've already built the relationships, you just take it from there.
And here's the beauty of it: once a customer submits their application, you'll have full administration support to handle the processing and paperwork. No chasing payslips at midnight – that's taken care of, leaving you free to do the high-value work that makes a difference (and earns you commission).
What You'll Be Doing
* Advising clients on whole-of-market mortgages, with their best interests at heart.
* Recommending protection products (life, critical illness, income protection) with a 60% attach rate target.
* Aiming for 20 mortgage applications per month – very achievable with the steady stream of referrals you'll be given.
* Building and maintaining fantastic relationships with customers, introducers, and lenders alike.
* Liaising with our experienced admin support team to get deals over the line (without tearing your hair out).
* Working alongside the Broker Principal and wider team to continuously improve – we're collaborative by nature.
* Keeping your compliance tight, your pipeline tidy, and your standards high.
* Embracing regular lender and protection training days, team-building, and social events – because being good at your job should still be fun.
What We're Looking For
* CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent). You must already hold this – sorry, we're not training from scratch.
* Previous experience giving mortgage and protection advice.
* A confident, customer-focused adviser who can deal with people face-to-face and over video call with ease.
* You should be well-presented and polished – first impressions matter when clients are trusting you with their financial future.
* The ability to build rapport quickly, explain complex stuff clearly, and be memorable for the right reasons.
* A team player – collaboration and communication are the heartbeat of Bubble.
* Highly motivated – you want to earn well, deliver great outcomes, and make your mark in a growing business.
* And lastly – let's be clear: don't confuse confidence with sass.

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday – 8 hours a day.
* Two later starts/finishes per week – for that cheeky lie-in or school run, and because guess what? Some of our customers work during the day – you might need to catch them while they're juggling dinner, kids, or sipping a glass of wine.
* Every other Saturday – essential, but don't panic – you get a day off in the week to keep things balanced.
* Sundays are sacred. We respect your day of rest (or hangover).
