The company are a long-standing, design-led architectural practice who deliver varied projects across the UK. Their portfolio includes anything from high-end residential developments, education facilities, to healthcare schemes, commercial projects, and heritage projects. The practice is known for its thoughtful, detailed approach, working on refurbishments, extensions, and new builds, with a strong base of repeat, long-term clients. With a growing workload, particularly in high-end residential projects, they are now looking to expand their team.
In this role, you will work closely with the design team across a variety of projects. Your key responsibilities will include producing detailed technical drawings, preparing planning and tender packages, assisting with building regulations submissions, managing your own workload and timescales, attending client and team meetings, and visiting sites on a regular basis across the UK.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with strong AutoCAD 2D skills and a solid understanding of building regulations. You should be confident working both independently and as part of a team, comfortable communicating with clients, and willing to work across a variety of sectors. Candidates must be within a commutable distance of the office near Coventry, as this is an office-based role with regular site visits.
