Your new role Reporting to the Finance Director, duties include: Lead the management accounts function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making Provide expert financial advice to senior leadership and stakeholders Drive improvements in financial processes, controls and reporting processes Manage and develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence Ensure compliance with public sector financial regulations and governance standards Collaborate across departments to deliver high quality financial insights and support What you'll need to succeed ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA qualified accountant Proven experience of management accounting in a complex organisation Good awareness of UK accounting standards What you'll get in return 12-month fixed term contract with potential for an extension.
