Role Description
This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role for a 3rd Line Engineer located at our Head Office in Hampton in Arden (Solihull).
We are seeking a hands-on technical engineer who enjoys a varied role, combining remote support, on-site work, and project involvement.
Duties include:
1. Taking ownership of complex 3rd Line tickets, whether directly assigned or escalated from 2nd Line
2. Maintaining high-quality service for all support queries, adhering to service management principles
3. Conducting on-site visits for scheduled work and break-fix jobs
4. Supporting users in equipment use through guidance, training, and advice
5. Mentoring junior team members
6. Participating proactively in project work
7. Working within ISO 27001 standards
8. Performing other duties as reasonably required
Person Specification

Following recent acquisitions, we are looking for a team player to support our goal of integrating multiple service desks into a unified technical team. Experience working for a Managed Service Provider is essential.
Work Location
This role is hybrid, involving work at Hampton in Arden head office, customer sites, and remotely.
Remuneration
The successful candidate will receive:
* A basic salary between £35,000-40,000
