Are you a proactiveand driven individual with a talent for opening new doors andgenerating opportunities We are seeking a Sales DevelopmentRepresentative to join our dynamic team. In this role with thesupport of sales leadership you will be responsible for generatingnew leads within the Cloud Hosting and Data Centre industriesthrough a variety of prospecting techniques. Your primary focuswill be on initiating meaningful conversations with potentialclients nurturing relationships and qualifying leads to fuel oursales pipeline. As a key player in our sales process you willemploy personalised outreach strategies to engage with prospectsand drive business growth.
The role isofficebased either at our head office in Dalbeattie or ourBellshill office our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30 pm. The base salary for the role is 30000 with OTE 50000(uncapped).
Main responsibilities of the roleinclude:
* Conduct comprehensive marketresearch on the Cloud Hosting and Data Centre sectors to identifyopportunities trends challenges and relevant industry groups fornetworking purposes.
* Generate and qualify leadsthrough networking events online platforms andprospecting.
* Identify and engage keydecisionmakers in Cloud Hosting companies and DataCentres.
* Build and maintain strongrelationships with Cloud Hosting Companies and Data Centres tounderstand their needs and challenges.
* Analysecompetitors and market dynamics to develop strategies fordifferentiating our offerings.
* Contribute tothe development and implementation of a sales strategy to achieverevenue targets within the Cloud Hosting and Data Centresectors
* Maintain an accurate and uptodate salespipeline within a CRM tracking progress and ensuring timelyfollowups.
* Maintaining and growing your productknowledge through regularresearch.
Your skills& qualities:
* An interest or affinity with the Techindustry.
* Proven experience in a salesdevelopment role with a track record of successfully opening newdoors and generating opportunities within the Cloud Hosting andData Centre sector.
* Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written with the ability to articulate valuepropositions effectively.
* Proficiency invarious prospecting techniques including cold calling emailoutreach social selling andnetworking.
* Demonstrated ability to researchand identify potential leads understand their needs and tailoroutreach efforts accordingly.
* A resultsdrivenmindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets and contributeto the overall success of the salesteam.
* Excellent time management andorganisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks andmanage leads effectively.
* Collaborative spiritand willingness to work closely with the sales and marketing teamsto optimise lead generationstrategies.
* Adaptability and resilience in afastpaced environment with a proactive approach to overcomingchallenges.
* Proficiency in additional languagesis consideredadvantageous.
