The Person
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and reliable engineer with a strong technical background and a professional approach.
Essential skills and experience:
* NVQ Level 2 (minimum) in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
* Current F-Gas certification
* Full UK driving licence
* Proven experience in fault finding and diagnostics
* Competence in pressure testing, evacuation, dehydration and refrigerant charging
* Good electrical knowledge (single and three phase) and ability to read wiring diagrams
Desirable:
* Experience with VRV/VRF systems and chillers

* Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals

The role and responsibilities
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a growing and professional team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Field-based service, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
* Fault finding, diagnostics and breakdown repairs
* Attending reactive service calls (including participation in an on-call rota approx. xkybehq 1 in 10 weeks, depending on team size)
* Carrying out occasional planned preventative maintenance
Location
This is a mobile role covering industrial, commercial and residential sites, primarily across the South of England and London, with travel from the Eynsham, Oxfordshire area.
